「Authentic Uruguayan ranch life, unforgettable for our family. Jonathan is the real deal, warm, knowledgeable, and he makes you feel at home immediately. This is a true working cattle ranch experience, not a typical hotel stay, and that’s exactly what made it special. Jonathan was an outstanding host and teacher.
