So much to offer in this REDONE summer rental. Beach badges included during rental period at no additional cost. Unit has two roomy bedrooms, Brand new tiled full bathroom with custom glass shower doors, Brand New for 2024 Eat in Kitchen, and large living rooms. Air-conditioning system, ceiling fans, Quartz countertops, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout are just some of the pluses for these units, located two blocks from the ocean! Wi-Fi, Sony Smart Flat Screen Television, Gas Barbecue Grill and Patio furniture. Second floor of a two family house.

Swimming, Boating, Fishing, Amusements: Spend your days on the beach and enjoy the many restaurants and activities while you are vacationing in lovely Lavallette, NJ. From nearby Breakfast and pancake houses to Ice Cream Parlors and fishing, crabbing or water skiing in the bay, activities are available to enjoy.

Property was great. Close to the beach. Be prepared to bring your own linens and pillows. No laundry facilities on the premise but we knew that during reservations. Greg is an excellent host. Easy to work with and generous with recommendations. The kitchen and bathroom were brand new. If your elderly the second floor may be a challenge. All in all it was a great rental.
