「Everything was excellent from staff to the hotel itself. Having access from garage to inside hotel would be nice. Waitstaff was amazing! Food was perfetto!」

「Tolle Lage oben auf dem Berg mit guter Bar und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr modern, aber ausreichend groß. Der Balkon war sehr groß mit dem tollen Blick. Nach unserem Aufenthalt mussten wir leider 2 Stunden auf die Abfahrt mit der Seilbahn warten wegen einem technischen Defekt. Hier hätte ich als Entschädigung für das lange Warten eine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel erwartet.」

「Die Rezeption ist schwr zu ginden, da diese von einem anderen Hotel mit bearbeitet wird. Dort wurde dann allerdings freundlich geholfen. Das 3 Personen Zimmer ist klein und hatte kein wlan. Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Seeblick und ab 6.15 wurde es auf der Straße sehr laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte.dss Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café eingenommen und besteht nur aus kaffee und einem...

「Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !」

「They were great, even upgraded my room at no charge and gave me a terrace. They also let me check out a little later when my flight got delayed. Really lovely hotel in a great location.」

「Alberto and Simona are not just incredible people, but incredible hosts too. They go above and beyond to help and assist, offering as much as they can to give you the best possible experience. They even offered a shuttle to take me and my girlfriend for the local village, saving us money on taxi's as we didn't have a car. The 6 nights I stayed with my girlfriend felt like home, mostly due to the way the family made us feel. The breakfast: delicious and custom, the view: I cannot describe it...

「We spent 5 wonderful days in May at the Belvedere. The rooms have an incredible lake view and are just lovely. The breakfast, included, has a generous selection. We dined 3 nights at the hotel restaurant which is absolutely elegant and offers delicious food. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The island is very small and everything is “right there”. Definitely a place we will remember and go back to!」

「Lovely small hotel on the outskirts of Stresa. Never had a breakfast offering with so much fresh fruit/delicious ! Nice balcony overlooking the islands. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Couple of minor points- Shower could do with being re grouted/sealing as a bit brown and the sun beds are at the stage for an upgrade. Just minor points and didn’t detract from our lovely stay.」
