"The only thing that was a problem was only 1 staff person at breakfast each morning…that one person trying to service tables, disappear into kitchen (to prepare orders?) and serve those who are just wanting a coffee to go…very very slow. Hotel should have a complimentary coffee bar, the existing coffee bar is only open from 6:30 - 7:00 am."

"The room was clean, the staff were great, and the bed was comfortable. My wife and I especially LIKED the blackout blinds as we like sleeping in a dark room. We had one minor issue, reported it and it was fixed right away. We will definitely look to stay at this hotel on future trips. An added benefit, Georgetown was a great town to stay in!"

"We had a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and it was clean and up to date. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed our dinner there. Great location for the Bourbon trail and Keenland."

"Very dirty. Our room had blood on the walls. The bed dressing was not clean. Cigarette holes and hair on the blanket a sheets. Seemed more like an apartment. People hanging out in the parking lot. We went to another hotel. Still waiting to see if we will get a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Not his fault for the property condition."

"Horrible customer service checked in didn’t have the rooms that we had reserved. Gave us a room with flooded carpet toilet was leaking when we requested for a different room. Staff became argumentative as well. Had such a horrible experience. We ended up canceling our reservations and leaving that hotel will never stay there again. "

"This was the second stay here at, The Manchester and it never disappoints. The staff is always wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was unique with the quad perfect for me and my friends. Everyone slept so comfortable-best sleep- one said. Lobby bar is where, you can hang out or go to the roof for dinner both have a great atmosphere. We were attending a concert next door at The Manchester Music Hall then Keenland spring meet the next day!"
