“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. Joanne was a gracious host even greeting us when we arrived much later than planned and I’m sure after she was comfortable and tucked in for the night. Wonderful setting,……

“We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. I wish we had more time just to stay at the house and relax taking in the beautiful sights of the river. The living room is the reading space and we tried to wake up early just to relax and read in……

“Our stay with Chip and Nancy was wonderful! We were visiting family nearby and the location was perfect for us. The property is well maintained, and the pool was great for our kids and nephews to use in the warm afternoons! Communication was great, there was some wild weather during our stay and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed to stay comfortable despite the weather. We hope to be back again soon! “New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! ”

“Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. ”

“Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn.”
