「Nothing positive to report. Fellow at front desk claimed not to know of arrangements made for a quiet room; placed me in room closest to highway. Price charged at check-in was a higher rate than I'd booked and when I noted such was told it was due to fact that one night of my stay was a Saturday - even though this was obvious when reservation made. Room itself had foul odor of mold and mustiness; no hairdryer; WiFi did not work - front desk fellow claimed it worked on his phone, so problem was...

「Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here.」

「One of my rooms was incorrect! I requested a room with a king sized bed. They confirmed it was correct, then moments later said it was not and blamed Expedia! 」

「Amazing stay for 2 nights. Quaint little cottage type rooms well maintained and very comfortable. (Only suggestion would be at least one sitting chair slightly higher for older folks.) Nice area to visit and explore as well. Was probably the best away from home stay I have had in many years. Would HIGHLY recommend if need a place in the PA or North NJ area look into it.」

「Nice place to stay overnight on the way through. We could walk to the diner next door that had great food for a good price. The only complaint was the water at the inn had a foul smell. They should get that checked . 」

「Basic accommodations close to Shawnee Ski Area. Beds, pillows and towels all in bad need of upgrades along with old heating units that are hard to regulate. Tissues and plastic cups would be appreciated room additions. But rooms are clean and aside from one recent visit when heat and hot water were not working, functional. The staff is friendly and the pub is open late and always fun! We only need a place to crash for one night and can’t beat the price and location!」
