Posto accogliente e familiare, assistenza nella presentazione della struttura e disponibilità anche dopo il ns soggiorno. Ben posizionato in un posto centrale che permette di poter raggiungere diverse mete.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwischen den idyllischen Orten Sandra (3km entfernt) und Colá (2km entfernt). Nach Lazise zum See sind es ca 5km. Umgeben ist das 1908 erbaute Haus von Weinbergen, Obstplantagen und Olivenfeldern. Leider führt am Haus die Landstraße von Colá nach Sandra vorbei. Tagsüber ist sie stark befahren, was nicht weiter stört, weil man eh unterwegs ist, nachts zwar weniger stark, aber die Autos rauschen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit vorbei. Da ein Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin liegt, muss man in diesem Zimmer das Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen halten, es sei denn man hat einen sehr tiefen Schlaf. Die Wohnung ist groß, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer mit den 4 Betten, hat aber kein Wohnzimmer. In beiden Schlafzimmern hängt an der Wand ein Flachbildschirm. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank groß genug, um alles Wichtige unterzubringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ein großer Pluspunkt der Wohnung. Sie wohnt mit ihrem Mann unter der Ferienwohnung, ist total hilfsbereit und unterstützt ihre Gäste wo immer sie kann mit Tipps. Im Garten für die Gäste, der zur Straße hin liegt, gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen, eine kleine Rutsche, einen Ball und ein Dreirad. Schatten gibt es dort zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Besitzerin hat selbst zwei Hunde und ist Haustieren gegenüber sehr positiv eingestellt.
