APARTMENT WITH SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND PRIVATE GARDEN

  • Villa Clani is the perfect holiday rental for your stay in Lazise on Lake Garda. It is a rustic villa dating back to 1908, renovated in the early 2000s with Empire-style antique furniture and paintings by Capogrossi.
    It is the perfect place for families travelling together, for business trips, for a romantic getaway in a peaceful and secluded setting, and for those who love peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of city life—yet just a few kilometres from Lake Garda and its attractions.

    The Space
    The apartment is a three-room unit on the ground floor consisting of:
    - a 36 m² bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, 4 nightstands, and 2 dressers, all in Empire style.
    -A 20 m² bedroom with a double bed, 2 nightstands, an open wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk.
    -A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and vanity cabinet.
    -A 16 m² kitchen with a table and chairs.
    -Private garden at the rear of the property measuring 350 m², furnished with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs during the summer.
    All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
    Access to the upper floor is via an antique marble staircase.
    Upon entry, there is a hallway for luggage storage and space to handle check-in and check-out procedures.
    Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

    Villa Clani is very close to Gardaland and Sea Life (5.8 km), Movieland Park (6.3 km), Caneva World (7.3 km), Parco Natura Viva (4.4 km), Villa dei Cedri Thermal Park (1 km), Sigurtà Garden Park (13.2 km), and the Verona Fairgrounds (23 km).

    We provide the following for each guest: bed linens, a set of towels, heating, and Wi-Fi Internet access.
    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward without restrictions, subject to prior arrangement.
    Shuttle service is available upon request:
    -to and from Valerio Catullo Airport
    -to and from Verona Porta Nuova train station, although we recommend the Peschiera del Garda station
    -to and from the Verona Exhibition Centre
    -to and from Verona Central Bus Station

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, perfekt für Familien. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden sowie Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und eine Waschmaschine, also alles, was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, der Gardasee ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch die kleine Sitzecke im Garten haben wir gerne genutzt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr gut, dass die Wohnung auch für wenige Tage verfügbar ist. In der Wohnung gibt es sogar ein Raclette.

Schöne Unterkunft fernab des großen Rummels

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwischen den idyllischen Orten Sandra (3km entfernt) und Colá (2km entfernt). Nach Lazise zum See sind es ca 5km. Umgeben ist das 1908 erbaute Haus von Weinbergen, Obstplantagen und Olivenfeldern. Leider führt am Haus die Landstraße von Colá nach Sandra vorbei. Tagsüber ist sie stark befahren, was nicht weiter stört, weil man eh unterwegs ist, nachts zwar weniger stark, aber die Autos rauschen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit vorbei. Da ein Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin liegt, muss man in diesem Zimmer das Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen halten, es sei denn man hat einen sehr tiefen Schlaf. Die Wohnung ist groß, insbesondere das Schlafzimmer mit den 4 Betten, hat aber kein Wohnzimmer. In beiden Schlafzimmern hängt an der Wand ein Flachbildschirm. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank groß genug, um alles Wichtige unterzubringen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ein großer Pluspunkt der Wohnung. Sie wohnt mit ihrem Mann unter der Ferienwohnung, ist total hilfsbereit und unterstützt ihre Gäste wo immer sie kann mit Tipps. Im Garten für die Gäste, der zur Straße hin liegt, gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen, eine kleine Rutsche, einen Ball und ein Dreirad. Schatten gibt es dort zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Besitzerin hat selbst zwei Hunde und ist Haustieren gegenüber sehr positiv eingestellt.
