Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans cet appartement Appartement top avec une superbe vue sur l étang Appartement doté de pas mal d équipements mais surtout un lave linge bien pratique sur ces 3 semaines La proximité est également à souligner car des plages à 5 mn et l Espagne à 30 mnLa résidence est très joli, avec une piscine et des commodités à 5 mn à pieds tel qu une boulangerie ou encore les restaurants Pour les amateurs de la marche ou encore des promonades aux marchés , vous êtes au bon endroit Je pourrais encore vous en raconter beaucoup mais je vous laisse y aller et voir de vous même Enfin j aimerais remercier Rémy pour l efficacité de nos échanges ainsi que de son écoute Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Schönen Appartement, gut ausgestattet.

Der Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Es gab nur ein Problem: Der Schlüsselsafe am Eingang klemmte. Aber der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war da sehr hilfreich.

Réservation de deux nuits avec mon compagnon pour pouvoir profiter du marché de Noël de Barcarès. Appartement un peu excentré du centre-ville et du Lydia qui permet d'être au calme et de se reposer. Propriétaire avenant et agréable. Je recommande.

Excelente fin de semana

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Bien equipado, con edredones, calefacción y todo el menaje que se pueda requerir. El trato del dueño excepcional, muy atento, da todo tipo de indicaciones y contesta rápidamente a todas las dudas que puedan surgir. Tiene unas excelentes vistas y está bien conectado. La urbanización es tranquila y familiar.

Vacances idéales

Il s’agit de ma première location via Abritel. L’appartement est conforme au descriptif : bien équipé, traversant, avec une vue sur l’étang de Salses. À proximité, on trouve des bars et restaurants, pour tous les goûts, ainsi qu’un Carrefour Express. Le quartier est idéal, pour se balader, courir… ou aller à la plage à pied ou vélo. Les différents contacts avec le propriétaire ont été simples et efficaces. Je recommande, pour passer un beau séjour à Barcarès.

Dés vacance au top

Bonjour, nous sommes venus avec ma compagne et notre bébé qui a moins d’un an. Comme décrit dans l’annonce, il y a un lit pour enfants, très simple à plier et déplier propre avec un matelat. Pour la propreté de l’appartement, nous n’avons rien à dire. Pour ce qui est de la localisation, vous avez des restaurants et commerces glacier restaurant Carrefour Market, salle de jeux d’arcade et j’en passe sur la marina très proche à pied. La piscine est nickel, rien à redire. Seul bémol, c’est que je n’ai pas pu réserver une semaine de plus d’affilée mais bon au vu de la prestation on comprend que ce soit convoité.😄 Pour ce qui est de la communication avec les propriétaires du logement, je pense que l’on peut difficilement faire mieux. Idéal, amateurs de pêche, plaisancier ou bien adepte du calme. Encore merci aux propriétaires pour cette location. Bonne continuation, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

DECONNEXION COMPLETE A RECOMMANDER

Nous avons réservé pour le week-end de pentecôte. Le propriétaire était très sympathique, nous a autorisé l'accès dans l'appartement 3 heures avant le temps annoncé puisque nous sommes arrivés à l'avance. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme, très propre, je recommande les yeux fermés!

Todo muy bien, la comunicación con Remy (propietario) ha sido muy buena. El piso está muy bien, pequeño pero bien equipado. Por poner una pega, no tenían copas de vino, ni de cava. Y no encontré ningún rallador (queso, zanahoria, etc). Por el resto súper equipada, no le falta nada más. Piso calentito, con unas vistas preciosas, muy cerca del Village Noel (4 min en coche), parking privado. Muy recomendable.
