「We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

「Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice.」

「Absolutely amazing place. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely hot tub. The only small negative is the stairs up to the tree-house. It was very wet when we visited and the steps were extremely slippery.」

One thing I will say is, states breakfast included, So we was shocked that we was told only adults, children was not allowed to eat breakfast, and we would have to pay for them separately. By someone who was working the breakfast area, Which is terrible, as we included all children on our booking. So every person should have be able to have breakfast. 「Terrible place - this is a low budget hotel. You can’t even lean over the sink for a shelf that is in the way. The bathroom are made of very old plastic tub units. Hardly any clothes hanging space. The eating area was not clean with stale food left out.」
