“Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. ”

“Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. We loved it, it’s a shame it closes for the summer season as it would be great to stay and enjoy the summer walks of the area. It is technically ski-in/ski-out although the ski-out side involves a……

“Eine sehr einfache 1-Zimmerwohnung mit einem Etagaenbett (also 2 Betten). Einie Dinge waren defekt, die sehr einfach zu reparieren wären: Stuhl, Duschschlauch, Vorhänge. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, aber es gibt ausser etwas Besteck und Geschirr nichts. Kein Lappen oder Tücher, kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Bettwäsche (Kann man mieten). Der Wasserkocher gehört in den Müll.”

“Stayed with my mom for 8 nights. Wonderful small hotel in probably the best location in Val d’Isére. Great view from the room (south-facing) Dinner was absolutely amazing - great chef! Went out for dinner in town a few nights, but the best meals we had was in the hotel restaurant. Attentive staff and owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! ”

“This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone……

“Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd ”
