Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this 3-star, air-conditioned house for rent in Le Gosier, with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC
- A separate WC
The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a fan coil, and the living room is also equipped with a fan coil for your comfort.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- 50 m² enclosed garden
- A terrace of more than 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Le Gosier, in a pleasant setting close to all amenities: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, physiotherapist, post office, pizzeria and restaurants. You'll also enjoy a sea-facing position, with uninterrupted views over Marie-Galante, Dominica, Les Saintes, the south of Basse-Terre and the Soufrière volcano, offering memorable sunsets. Just a short walk away, you'll find La Datcha beach, right in the centre of town, lit up until 11pm, with a magnificent view of the yachts at anchor and the islet of Le Gosier.

- Aquarium de la Marina: the largest aquarium in the Caribbean, with 80 species of fish and 50 species of coral.
- L'Anse Tabarin with its saltwater swimming pool for swimming, sailing and kayaking.
- La Datcha beach, Petit-Havre beach and many others.

- Fort Fleur d'Epée: fortification listed as a Historic Monument.
- Night market every Friday evening along the town's two main streets.
