The comfortable accommodation of 28 m² is located in a calm neighbourhood on the hills of Mare-Gaillard Le Gosier. You can park your vehicle on a private parking space. When entering the enclosed property, you take a small alley and then walk down some stairs before getting to the charming studio, which is located in the lower part of a villa. The place offers an unobstructed view. You can have breakfast or any meal on the south-west facing loggia, which offers a view of the private garden, the sea, and the mountain on one side, and the countryside on the other. The kitchenette is equipped and provides all the necessary utensils, such as two hotplates, a refrigerator, an iron and ironing table, and house linen. The air-conditioned bedroom provides a double bed, a flat-screen television, and unlimited free wireless internet connection. Towels and a hair dryer are available for you to use. You are a 5-minute drive away from the beach of Petit Havre, and a 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beach of the island: Sainte-Anne Beach. The airport is a 20-minute drive away, the centre of Pointe-à-Pitre a 15-minute drive, and the centre of Gosier, the islet, and the beaches an 8-minute drive. Depending on your time of arrival, I offer you a welcoming drink, a dinner, or a breakfast.

Petit studio pourvu de l'essentiel de base pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Auto nécessaire. Propriétaire très disponible. Christy, nous suggérons que soient fournis certains produits de base tel les sacs à poubelle, le papier toilette, le savon. Un descriptif donné à l'avance pour se rendre chez vous à partir de l'aéroport est essentiel : nos appareils ne sont pas tous équipés ou branchés dès l'arrivée pour recevoir des informations de votre part. Super 👍 panorama, belle vue depuis notre terrasse, très bon accueil de la proprietaire qui reste très disponible et discrète. Bon emplacement 10 minutes en voiture de Sainte Anne et 5 minutes de la 1er plage 🏖 le petit havre. Appartement très propre et confortable.

Calme, sécurisé, aéré, belles vues. Propriétaire discrète, mais disponible et efficace si besoin.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans ce studio. Il n'y a rien à redire, c'est parfait pour 2 personnes. Il est très bien situé, près des plages de Ste Anne et, étant sur Grande Terre, près de celles de St François et de la Pointe des Châteaux. L'accès est facile, il est bien sécurisé et très aéré. Le quartier est calme et les vues sur la mer au loin, la campagne tout près, Basse Terre et la Soufrière sont magnifiques! La propriétaire est très discrète, mais disponible et efficace si on a besoin d'elle, toujours prête à satisfaire nos demandes. C'est un endroit que je recommande à quiconque veut garder un bon souvenir de la Guadeloupe.

Appartement tout à fait conforme au descriptif, propre et bien équipé. Etant arrivés assez tard, nous avons apprécié de trouver le nécessaire pour un repas du soir et du petit déjeuné. La cuisine toute vitrée permet de prendre les repas avec une vue panoramique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de l'accueil chaleureux de Christy et nous conseillons vivement cette location. L' appartamento é molto carino, cucina non troppo grande con tutto quello che serve e anche di più, camera da letto esattamente come si vede nella foto ed è anche grade con TV e aria condizionata, bagno molto grande con doccia molto comoda, la proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile ci è anche venuta a prendere in aeroporto, sistemazione molto consigliata! Pulizia ottima! Posizione della casa ottima, vicino alla spiaggia più bella delle caravelle!

Très agréable studio Calme et Reposant

Nous avons été accueillis par Christy à notre arrivée à l'agence de location de voiture afin de nous conduire à son domicile. Un petit en cas nous attendait dans le frigo ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner. Le logement est la parfaite réalité des photos. Très sympathique , propre, accueillant, le tout dans un quartier silencieux. Un parking privatif est à votre disposition Christy sait se faire discrète et répond à toutes les sollicitations. Le studio se situe à 10 min des plages de Sainte Anne ou du Gosier. Nous vous recommandons cette location.
