Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- two bedrooms with one double bed and one pull-out bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located right in the city center!
This is a real asset for discovering all the tourist sites for which Grau-du-Roi is famous.

## Emplacement
A renowned seaside resort just 30 minutes from Montpellier, Le Grau-du-Roi lies in the heart of the Camargue. Between magnificent landscapes and manades (traditional bull farms), you can enjoy a strong heritage and numerous activities. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the town features the beautiful Plage de l'Espiguette, the Seaquarium and the Arènes du Grau-du-Roi, where you can discover the typical Course Camarguaise. In the city center, you can stroll around and, if you're lucky, watch the jousting events, boat tournaments between 2 teams.

Appartement agreable et tre bien placé. En revanche la literie des lits 1 place est à revoir car tres usee. L arrivee, que j ai demande plus tot a ete possible en revanche aller chercher une boite a cles n est pas compliquee sauf quand il faut un residenceun badge pour acceder au a l enceinte de sans compter l absence du code d entre
