Two-room apartment located on the 1st floor of a residence with a swimming pool and elevator, 200m from the beach and close to the city center of Grau du Roi. This accommodation has all the features for a pleasant stay: a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a bathroom with separate toilet, a living room and its equipped kitchen opening onto a glazed loggia facing East; secure residence with elevator, parking space and private swimming pool; quiet neighborhood and ideal geographical location: beaches and shops are just steps from the residence, city center 15 minutes walk away.
Swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15.
