What a shame for a 4-stars hotel

Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...

fint hotel , med god beliggenhed. Vi havde et godt værelse, med god udsigt. Dog var der rigtig meget larm lørdag aften/nat til kl 04 fra en fest, meget irreterende. Venligt og hjælpsom personale i receptionen. ligger tæt på Byen

Clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. État d'entretien de la chambre très perfectible (calcaire, joints de carrelage, chasse d'eau qui coule, ...). Petit déjeuner très inférieur en choix et en qualité avec celui d'un simple Ibis. Très agaçant de se voire réclamer une caution au'u établissement de moindre prétention ne demande pas. On ne va pas vous piquer les tasses Ikea... Mention spéciale pour les chaussons pour accéder au spa : "pour des raisons environnementales (...) payants 3€". Si c'est environnemental, n'en fournissions plus. Les faire payer ne sauvera pas la planète... Bref, manque de rigueur, et une sensation permanente de rabotages indignes d'un établissement qui se veut prestigieux.

Cela doit faire plus de 10 ans que nous passons régulièrement par le Pasino. L expérience ne va pas en s'améliorant, malheureusement. Les + : l'emplacement, la taille de la chambre, le spa, la piscine, l'excellent accueil de la chef de table au casino Les - : des taies d'oreillers avec cheveux et traces de maquillage à l arrivée. Des produits de soins qui ne sont plus proposés. Les chaussons sont également supprimés. Le petit déjeuner clairement trop cher pour l'offre actuelle

Trop bien si tout va bien

Nous sommes partis à cet hotel pour notre anniversaire. J’ai cherché un emplacement avec un spa (sauna, piscine, jacuzzi…). C’était trop bien. Par contre nous avons eu une surprise que l'hôtel n’a pas prévenu que la partie SPA sera fermée pendant quelques jours (heureusement à partir du jour de notre départ!). Petit déjeuner trop cher à mon gout. Je ne prendrai plus. Le room-service au top, avec produits (boissons et sucreries) fait-maison. Trop bon. Avant réserver, pensez à checker si le SPA sera bien ouvert pour vos dates si non ce sera une grosse deception…

hôtel très sympathique idéalement situé

Séjour très agréable. L'hôtel dispose de service complet (spa, casino, room service, restaurant). La chambre est spacieuse avec de nombreux rangement, une grande baignoire, lit confortable (un peu gênant de dormir en couple sur 2 lits collé, je sentais la séparation quand je me collais à mon mari) une belle vue, l'hôtel est idéalement située. Le repas du restaurant un délice bien qu'onéreux. Le casino est très agréable avec plein de machines. Le personnel d'accueil est gentil et agréable. J'ai passé un excellent séjour a me reposer. Je recommande cet hôtel. Point à améliorer : petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qu'il y a. Payer 21 euros pour des pancakes froid et industriel sans saveur c'est cher payer. Le jacuzzi n’est pas assez chaud. Les rideaux occultant et la fenêtre présentent des difficultés de fermeture, mais nous n'avons pas souffert du froid.

Hôtel grandiose avec un tres bon confort globale, un personnel aimable et le spa est tres sympathique le seul problème c est qu il n y a aucun endroit ou terrasse aménagé pour les clients fumeurs car les chambres ne sont pas équipée de balcon.

Très bel hôtel mais petit déjeuner trop cher.

Très bel hôtel bien situé au Havre. Équipements au top et accueil très professionnel. Seul bémol pour moi est le tarif du petit déjeuner, bien trop cher pour la prestation, les produits sont bons mais 21€ c'est trop tout de même (rien de plus que dans d'autres établissements).

Personnel au top dès l'enregistrement, la zone piscine/spa est au top. Très belle chambre avec une belle vue sur le pont et un accès au casino jusqu'à 4h du matin. Petits points négatifs pour la TV, ancienne et petite, il n'y a pas toutes les chaines et pas la possibilité d'aller sur Youtube/Netflix puis le parking réservé à la clientèle est très petit également.
