Le Lavandou - Proche Plage
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Lavandou, with a shared pool and less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace of approximately 13 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are available at an additional cost. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, Krups coffee machine, and more
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool of approximately 80 m² (unheated) open from May to the end of September, enclosed with a security badge
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's two private parking spaces (one underground and one above ground).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Hyères, approximately 14 miles away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approximately 19 miles away
Other comments:
- Sheets and towels are not included
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
