The house and the property and the pool very nice and yes specially liked the Beautiful beaches in walking distance from the property the only problem was Sharing the property with mosquitos at evening Time but we all had a wonderful Vacation

With those friends it is loveley everywhere. But this house, this pool, this view and the short distance to the sea made it brilliant. Constructions in this area were bothersome, but we could easily made an agreement with the owner. 100% recommendation. Anytime again.

Week after wedding

Ants were an issue in a couple of locations inside. Lots of kitchenware for our party of 14 people but Lack of sharp knives….. Overall House is fine, not quite as good as the pictures on the internet, overall a bit dated. However pool is fabulous. A/C very effective, tho’ very hot we’d no problem sleeping. Location is superb, short walk to Cavaliere beach and lots services there. Back at Cap Negre (5 min) also lovely for swimming. Overall we were very happy.

Nice villa with space for many people

The villa was splendid and had a short distance to a nice beach. A small shop and a bakery was also within walking distance. Checking in went very well and Letitia was very helpful and service minded. On the negative side: It was quite exhausting with a lot of construction work nearby, for the whole week. Traffic noise was not mentioned in the description of the house, so this was also an unpleasant surprise. We went from Toulon to Cap Negre (and return) with the local bus - about 1 1/2 hour ride. The bus was rarely on schedule and there were sometimes problems with space for the luggage.

Fabulous villa for large groups

This is a spectacular and very recommendable place if you are with a big group (like we were, 13 persons). It is difficult to imagine a better spot to have vacation in absolute privacy but with perfect weather (in June), a perfect placed pool and stunning views to the coast. The villa is very large and offers a lot of space, it is basically but sufficiently equipped and the separate pool house is very useful in order to have short ways when getting hungry or thirsty while enjoying the sun on the big terrace and the infinity pool. The villa and the pool are surrounded by high vegetation so you are in absolute privacy. The close beach is nice and the supermarket is only 1km away (approx.). For any question or necessity Joel and his wife (both extremely friendly), who are in charge locally, are always available and could be in place within a short time but if you do not need them you only see them in the beginning and the end of the trip. We can highly recommend this place and surely will come back another year.

Ein wunderbares, großes Haus

Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Es ist ein Haus für 10-15 Personen mit allem, was man dafür braucht, ganz viel Platz, verschiedene Terrassen, ein wunderbarer Swimmingpool. Einfach super!

Séjour très agréable en famille, 3 générations, 12 personnes.

La villa est très spacieuse et bien entretenue. Stéphanie, personne très symphatique, nous a accueillie le premier jour et fait visiter la villa avec les explications nécessaires. Joel est toujours à dispostion pour des problèmes techniques (il n'y en avait pas pendant notre séjour) et le service piscine en toute discrétion. Grâce aux fenètres modernes qui isolent bien, le bruit de la route qui passe pas loin de la villa, n'empêche pas les locataires de dormir. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables et admiré tous les jours la vue mer et la baie de cavalière et le Lavandou.

Great villa for a family holiday

We were a family of 9 adults and six children including a baby staupying at the beginning of June. There was privacy and space for us all in the villa and the location on a private estate was wonderful - great views and it was a short walk to a well kept small beach where we were sometimes the only family. The main beach at Cavaliere was easily accessible too. The owner thoughtfully provided a fence round the good sized heated pool for child security. The decking round the pool was well equipped with sun loungers and the house, kitchen were also well equipped. The bedrooms had good comfortable mattresses and effective air conditioning.

Magnifique séjour à 3 familles dans la villa

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à la Toussaint à trois familles dans cette magnifique Villa. La villa est très bien équipée et du coup, on se sent chez soi, comme dans une résidence secondaire. Entre autre, les vélos, table de ping-pong, babyfoot, billard, etc.... Nous étions avec 1 personne en chaise roulante, mais ça reste compliqué à cause des marches à l'entrée de chaque niveau. Au bilan, une très bonne semaine, et l'envie d'y revenir. @Merci à Joël et Mme Alezzra

Très belle maison de famille

Nous étions une famille de 17 personnes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’accueil a été super . La petite plage privée est très agréable . Les gardiens du domaine sont chaleureux et très gentils… seul bémol , le mobilier de jardin demande à être changé, beaucoup de chaises cassées Les 3 cuisines sont incroyablement bien garnies de services et de matériel de cuisson, très bon barbecue… plusieurs lieux de vie qui permettent d’avoir un peu d’indépendance malgré le nombre d’occupants Je recommande vivement cette location

Points positifs : la proximité de la plage et la vue, les multiples espaces de vie qui permettent de se mettre à l'écart si besoin. Points négatifs : la qualité du mobilier extérieur (assise des chaises déchirées, coussins des bains de soleil dégradés), et la proximité de la route (terrasse juste à côté de la route, masquée visuellement, mais extrêmement présente toute la journée et même en soirée). Vu le prix de la location, on pourrait s'attendre à trouver de bien meilleures prestations... :-(

Fantastic!!

Without doubt one of the nicest holidays I have ever had. The Villa is great and has everything you need. We went out with 10 adults and 7 kids. We still had a spare room. The size of the Villa and different areas to relax and eat meant that there was plenty of space for everyone. The beaches near the house are very good with plenty of things to do, including all types of watersports. There are also some very good restaurants in walking distance. The property is expensive, but with the numbers that can use it, it was worth the extra cost. The view from the Villa and pool area would be hard to beat. It is quite a steep walk to the beach, however, you can drive to the private parking space by the beach, which was helpful for the very little children. I would highly recommend this Villa and hope to return. Claudine (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating. She was very quick to respond to any communication. A great way to celebrate my 40th!

Fabulous location and home

This is a spectacularly beautiful home and location with the view over the infinity pool toward the Mediterranean Sea, where you can walk to the private beach and then into the small local village. The walk is down steep stairs that takes about 10 minutes, but you can also drive there. It is in a gated community, so very secure and quiet. The caretakers are very warm and helpful and always available by phone if anything comes up. The owners were also very welcoming and gracious -- I met them the year earlier to visit the site ahead of time. There is plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out, for both lounging and eating. We were there with the family aged 20 months to 82 years and everyone enjoyed our very special week. It is also perfect for couples or groups, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and well arranged. It could not have been more perfect!

Spirit of Riviera

We have spent two weeks of dream holidays with our family, totally 16 people in this wonderful charming Villa. The individual tastefully furnished bedrooms and the whole equipment of the house up to the three kitchens, there is nothing missing. Joel and Christine who are taking care of the house are very nice and helpful. The size of the house, the close privat beach and the pool, allowed everybody to spare some individual time. We can recommend this Villa and you want feel the spirit of the french riviera.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette belle villa, avec amis et enfants. La maison est entièrement refaite à neuf et la déco très bien. La maison comprend 3 cuisines, ce qui est parfait pour alterner les lieux de déjeuner (2 terrasses possibles, une avec vue mer au bord de la piscine, l'autre au milieu de la végation,plus abritée le soir.) Elle comprend également plusieurs lieux de vie distincts et coins chambres, ce qui permet de ne jamais avoir l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. L'accès à la plage privée se fait à pied, avec le bonheur d'être quasiment seuls sur la plage ! Balades extraordinaires dans le coin, Lavandou à 10min en voiture avec Port Cros accessible par la mer... une destination rêvée !
