All in all, this is a wonderful location with every comfort. In terms of size, I would recommend bringing no more than two people; it gets a bit cramped for more than that. The view is truly beautiful, and I enjoyed it thoroughly every day. The bedroom is at the back, and therefore quiet. From the balcony, you can hear the street and the music from the bars, but it's all within limits. What bothered me a lot is that the balcony railing is exactly at eye level when you're sitting at the table. I'm 1.75 m tall, so I'm "average." I would really recommend bringing your own high garden chairs with thick cushions to really enjoy the view. Another thing that wasn't so good was the stove, which didn't work properly at times. The cookware could also be replaced; the pans, in particular, were already bent. But these are minor issues compared to the otherwise very comprehensive amenities. The actual town center, which is essentially "Lavandou Village," is a 10-15 minute walk away. You can enjoy a lovely walk right along the water (Sentier littoral). Unfortunately, you have to climb the steep hill again afterwards :-)All in all, a really lovely apartment with air conditioning (which you need!), and you can book it without hesitation.
