「The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more.」

「J’ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. Tout est quasiment neuf, joliment décoré, un superbe emplacement avec vue sur la montagne. Un spa privatif, une borne pour recharger la voiture, on peut manger sur place aussi, et super petit déjeuner. Et bien sûr très bon accueil de Will. C’était parfait !」

「Une jolie surprise Nichée dans un petit hameau, au calme, dans un paysage majestueux, Nathalie et Christian nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux dans leur gîte hôtel authentique. Tres attentionnés, ils ont veillé à notre bien-être et partagé leurs bonnes adresses et balades. Le SPA , extérieur face à la montagne est unique et très agréable, dans un esprit rustique, chauffé au feu de bois. 「The moment my friends and I stepped into the hotel we felt welcome. Ilse & Peter immediately made us feel at home and the fact that I could speak in my very foreign Afrikaans language, and they understood me, made it even more special! It's a great place to stay over, or perhaps to have a holiday (which I will do sometime with the family). The location is spectacular, in a pine forest and super relaxing and away from everything. I can attest to the fact that this is definitely a bikers' venue....

「Great hotel for a short or a long stay. It has a fabulous restaurant on site and is an easy walk to the town. The lake is close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking is a bonus. 」

「Although we had booked a twin bed room. The booking didnt appear on the hotel computer. But the manager sorted us quickly in to a triple room with 2 beds. Very good.」

「We hebben heerlijk verbleven, het hotel bood precies wat we nodig hadden. Vriendelijke, snelle check-in, een schone kamer met fijn bed en een terras met mooi uitzicht over de bergen. Goede ligging voor wandelingen in de omgeving en ook het diner en ontbijt bevielen uitstekend. De stijl riep bij mij nostalgie op, heel positief. Je zou het gedateerd kunnen noemen, maar het hotel verkeert in goede staat. Aanrader dus!」

「L'appartement est un studio tout équipé avec une belle terrasse, un canapé lit 2 places et 2 lits superposés. Toutes les communications pour la réservation se sont faites par messages mais l'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est celle de la station de Chabanon et est située à quelques minutes à pieds. Très peu de réseau et seulement sur le balcon.」

「C’est un hôtel club avec des chambres rénovées et un chauffage agréable. La chambre est petite mais agréable et propre. Ce qui est vraiment appréciable est le petit déjeuner pour lequel on peut emporter le picnic. La piscine intérieur est sympa, avec vue sur la montagne」
