“The room was clean. It had been renovated. Furniture, & curtains looked dated . The bed was comfortable. The lobby and common room have been redone. The carpets in the hallways were worn, dingy, & dated. Overall, the property is an older one, but the areas you spend your time in are new and kept clean.”

“Checking in we were greeted by a group of oilfield workers hanging around the front door and not letting you in. The initial receptionist was friendly, but she was the only one. There was a clerk in training, but they were left alone. When we got to the room the furniture was old, torn and uncomfortable. The desk chair was wobbly. The bedspread had black marks and makeup (I hope) on it. The thermostat was hard to figure out. We had to leave it on 77 to 78 which would freeze you or burn up……

The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.”

“Check in was easy. Smoke detector missing from room. Exposed wires. Unknown substance on the wall. Security door on North side unable to close. Anyone could come in. ”

“Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in rough hotels in Mexico. I got into the room and left the hotel 20 min later.”

“Clean room. Quite area. Close to amenities. My only complaint would be the water takes a bit to heat up.”

“It was good, a very nice little cabin. We just had the problem that the code to enter the cabin didn’t work, but they were very nice and helped us right away, so it was really good”
