「This place was just as pictured! It was very clean and nicely decorated! With two bedrooms and a bath and a half it has great room to move around in. 「The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

「Excellent communication with the host.Accommodations in Leadville are on the older side. This was our second year in Leadville, and it was a huge upgrade from last year's rental. The house is, according to Zillow, over 100 years old, so expect crooked floors and squeaking sounds when walking around in it.Now, I didn't bring a ruler, but we felt the beds were too small for queen-size beds.」

「Everything was just like the pictures. The home was nice and clean with an excellent kitchen for cooking our meals. This was home base during a ski trip and I would gladly stay again next year. The hosts were very responsive, we had an issue in the bathroom and they had a plumber in the next day while we were at the mountain. Thank You!」

「We enjoyed our stay in Leadville. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very close to stores and restaurants and reasonably priced for the time that we went. I wish there had been instructions on when the garbage picked up. I didn't see any big bins outside so we just left it in the house. We were only there for 5 days so there wasn't too much. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. It was very clean.」
