Beautiful Log Cabin Escape

We recently stayed at this beautiful log cabin, and it was everything we hoped for in a peaceful getaway. The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, with beautiful wood interiors on the upper level that really gave us that authentic, rustic experience. It was the perfect balance of comfort and nature. We had a family of 13 people and we were comfortable. The surrounding area was breathtaking, with scenic views of the pear orchard, various trees, and mountains on the front balcony. We loved how quiet and secluded it felt. The cabin had all the amenities we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds that made us feel right at home. It even had a piano. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive, and provided all the information we needed for a smooth stay. We also appreciated how close we were to the town, reindeer farm, Adventure Park, fish hatchery, Safeway, etc. We also loved seeing all the turkeys, chickens, squirrel's, and white tail deer around the property. Overall, this log cabin offered us an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and enjoy the beauty of nature in comfort!

Family 4th of July Trip

Quiet property, clean cabin, spacious, nice views, not far from town, great for what we needed. Other than the kitchen lacking ideal cooking ware (scratched teflon pans) limited cooking utensils, and minimal supplies (think there was maybe 3 inches of foil on the roll) it was very pleasant and enjoyable space. We saw bears a couple times roaming down into the orchard… be bear aware! Thanks for the hospitality!

Fantastic for 3 families

We had a wonderful stay and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the roving flock of turkeys outside. The size and layout of the cabin was perfect for our three families. We enjoyed skiing at Mission Ridge and then relaxing at the cabin afterwards. The views are amazing, the dining room table is large and the living room is very comfortable. We would definitley rent this place again!

Pears and bears oh my !

One of our most favorite short getaways ! The home is situated above a pear orchard.. and truly only 5 min from the heart of town but you felt like you were in the mountains .. one afternoon when returning from town there were two bears in the driveway !! So fun for the grandchildren to see !! Of course no one played outside after that but there was more than enough space and fun to be had inside :)
