THE COTTAGE
KITCHEN – Well-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, recessed lighting, extra-large double sink under bright window, laptop workstation with chair, and stainless-steel appliances - huge refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat-top stove & oven with over the range microwave, and toaster. Keurig & 12-cup Mr. Coffee machines and fully stocked with dish sets, pots and pans, silverware, mixing bowls, cups, wine glasses, mugs, pitchers, cutting board, cooking utensils, blender, crock pot and pantry items - everything needed to prepare meals at the cottage. Exterior door to side patio with large gas (propane) grill/BBQ.

DINING ROOM – Open dining room off the kitchen and living room with views of the lake, a large table under chandelier lighting for everyone to eat together and hardwood flooring. This cottage features an outdoor dining table for four on the screened in, wrap around porch too!

LAUNDRY – Full size washer and dryer located in the 1st floor half bathroom. Iron & Board. Clothing hampers provided.

BEDROOMS - Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, and bath towels are provided.
Bedroom 1: 2nd floor Master bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom, desk (for remote working needs) and private 3rd floor balcony. Wall air conditioning unit and 2 ceiling fans.
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor bedroom with queen size bed and dresser. Portable Air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor bedroom with 2 single beds, dresser, and armchair. Portable Air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.
*Den provides additional private sleeping area with double size futon bed (A double size mattress is also in the Den - can be laid on top of futon for additional comfort).

LIVING ROOM – Comfortable place for the whole family to gather with a large couch and loveseat, additional oversized chair and rocking chair. Watch your favorite shows as usual on the large, flat-screen Smart TV (don't forget your Fire Stick!) or curl up in front of the remote-controlled electric fireplace. Board games, toys, and books for children too! Direct access to wrap around porch. French doors lead to den.

DEN – Additional room to spread out in the separate den! A large desk provides a quiet workspace if needed, and there's extra seating or sleeping space too. (Double size futon) (a double/full size mattress is also in the Den - can be laid on top of futon for additional comfort).

BATHROOMS -
Bathroom 1: Half bathroom located on 1st floor with toilet, vanity, washer & dryer.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located on 2nd floor in Master Bedroom with bathtub and separate stand-up shower, oversized vanity with double sinks and gigantic mirror. Access to private balcony too!
Bathroom 3: Full bathroom located near bedrooms off 2nd floor hallway.

WIFI – FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET / WIFI!

FIREPLACE – Remote-controlled, electric fireplace in living room.

FREE PARKING! Two (2) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police. Please note, cottage is built into hillside and the driveway has a slope. Drivers of lower or larger vehicles may be more comfortable parking in the street. On-street parking by permit only.
