"All the staff I encountered was so incredibly nice! They all spoke with me and my kids when we passed, even if it was just a "how's your day going?". I've stayed at other LaQuintas before and this by far is the most cleanest and up to date hotel I've been at by this chain. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Not so good. Floors were filthy. Towels and wash rags were literal rags. 1night the bathroom door didn't shut. The AC rattled. We got no sleep. All flat square pillows, dirty bathtub with soap and shampoo from previous guest. We got a new room, My ESA dogs are Halal, I guess because they were freaking out every time they saw them and telling me what the rules were for dogs and they weren't allowed. They had my ESA papers but didn't understand. It was a disaster. The second room was filthy. We spent 3 nights. Breakfast was bread, toaster, two cereals, gross yogurt, orange juice, milk, coffee, and dollar store sticky buns. Never again would I go there. I didn't expect luxury, but I expected respect for my service animals and clean floors. I took pictures. I'm pissed. Not even a partial refund offered."

"Staff was nice and I have no complaints with them. But the room was very rundown with holes in the walls and chipping paint. Room had a very unpleasant moldy smell-which could be contributed to the fact that the toilet leaked and was running alot after flushing. Also, the floor we were on had very loud guests all night long, slamming doors, dogs barking, arguing and yelling-not consistent with a good nights sleep. I can not recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was poorly provided. Having to ask for food even right in the middle of the breakfast time slot. Many walking away without eating. Staff seemed a bit unconcerned of guests needs Shower in our room was clean for the most part but where it was leaking out to the floor had some mold beginning to grow. Room 117 has a poor seal at the bottom of the door and required mopping with our towels."
