“We loved staying at this historical home away from home. The house is full of nice touches and antique furniture, large rooms and beautifully staged. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved the rural get away from it all location, yet is just 90 minutes from Lexington. Gwen was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. Very much a caring host. ”

“I'd seen in reviews that others had challenges with locating the driveway and using the entry keypad--and we did too. The following would have helped:- Noting that there is a red house number attached to a telephone pole and there is a historical marker next to the driveway.- Noting that after the code is entered, turn the dial left or right to lock/unlock the door.We enjoyed our stay.
