Mimì Maison is a refined and renovated holiday home in the old town centre of Lecce, 200 meters away from Sant`Oronzo square, the heart of the city. Mimì Maison is on the first floor and it accommodates up to 6 guests. It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.

The house consists of a large living room with sofa and tv, dining area
and fireplace and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 large and bright double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with bunk beds.
Moreover, there are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the
double bedroom. There is a large furnished terrace with wicker furniture
and view on the roofs of the old town centre.

the tourist spots of the old town centre and it`s 150 meters away from

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic area.
- You can access the area to unload in the time slot 10 am - 1pm and 4pm-6pm.

Grande déception
Nous sommes 3 amies retraitées habituées de voyager. Nous avons parcouru Les Pouilles de Bari à Brindisi en passant par Matera et `nous avons apprécié tous les hébergements sauf celui-ci. Quelle déception!
Giulio qui nous a ouvert la porte était bien gentil mais il ne connaissait rien à l'appartement. Aucune vérification des lieux n'avait été faite avant notre arrivée: les lits ne sont pas faits et il manque des draps. Il n'y a pas de pression d'eau. L'eau des robinets coule à peine.. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude. Nous avons payé pour 2 salles de bain mais une des douches ne fonctionne pas. La cafetière est pleine d'eau corrompue.Nous avons eu l'eau chaude 2 jours plus tard seulement. Et nous avons perdu des heures à attendre le réparateur qui a annulé ou reporté la visite à plusieurs reprises. Nous étions a Lecce pour visiter et avoir du bon temps. Nous en avons été privées à cause de la mauvaise gestion de cet appartement. Nous considérons avoir perdu l'équivalent de 1 journée à devoir attendre dans l'appartement.
Les sièges de toilette n'étaient pas vissés. Ça semble incroyable mais nous avons des photos et videos.
Nous exigeons un remboursement équivalent `une journée pour les troubles subis et la perte de jouissance de notre séjour. Merci de nous donner suite.

Zentrale Wohnung in Lecce
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Altstadtnähe Im wunderschönen Leece.
Eine Klimatisierung ist möglich, die Geräte sind allerdings nicht wirklich leistungsstark.
Auf dem schönen Dachterrassenbereich kann man bequem sitzen.
Die Einrichtung sieht im Internet besser aus, als sie vor Ort ist.
Leider war die Spülung einer Toilette in einem der Bäder defekt, die Toilettensitze beider Toiletten nicht richtig befestigt und ein Keramikhalter für die Toilettenbürste vollkommen zerschlagen und in seinen Einzelteilen wieder lose zusammengesetzt.
Schade, dass solche Kleinigkeiten vor Anreise der Gäste nicht behoben werden.
Des Weiteren gab es in der Küche fast kein Equipment, kein Toaster, kein Schneidemesser, keine Schere, kein Weinöffner , kein einziges Weinglas, kein Tablett für den Transport auf die Dachterrasse.
Das Kühlfach im Kühlschrank war abenteuerlich mit Nägeln verriegelt.
Bei Ankunft wurde uns in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Wäschepaket präsentiert, die Betten müssen hier vom Mieter selbst bezogen werden.
Wen das alles nicht tangiert, der kann hier eine nette Zeit verleben, wir waren viel unterwegs und haben es so akzeptiert.
Im Großen und Ganzen kann man sagen , das Objekt wird etwas lieblos präsentiert, da wäre sicher Potential nach oben, ohne viel Aufwand.
Am Abreisetag wurde uns bestätigt, dass alles ordentlich übergeben wurde.
Später bemängelte man eine angeblich kaputte Türklinke und wollte dafür 60€ der Kaution einbehalten.
Ein zweites Mal würden wir dort nicht wieder mieten.

Nice location in Lecce
The location is great! Very near the historic centre. The place was very clean and communication and check in were easy! It’s a beautiful building and has a big patio, which is in the sun all day.
However, it was decorated quite cheaply and there was nothing ‘extra’ provided. One toilet roll, kitchen was basic and you had to pay (and make the beds up) There was no wifi at all, which for the price should really have been included. The patio furniture was basic. All in all it was an ok experience, wouldn’t take much to put it in a higher level. For that price it should have been awesome!

Convenient and newly redone home in Lecce
The house has newly been refurbished, spotless clean, and just a few steps from the historical center (but close to a main thouroughfare so easy and close to park if you happen to drive into Lecce). There is a nice terrace overlooking over old Lecce houses and the immediate surroundings are calm and quiet, as we wanted. Reception was informal and easy and Mirko was available on phone throughout our stay. Maybe a few extra dishes and cutlery would help (we were a party of 6). Beautiful city and fantastic region.
