Adjacent to the eighteenth-century church of S. Lazarus, the structure is characterized by the beautiful vaulted ceilings and the particular layout of the rooms.
The privileged access by small street Cota will give you a stay in the center with the guarantee of peace and tranquility.
A few hundred meters Piazza Mazzini, Piazza sant 'Oronzo, the cathedral and all the wonders of Lecce.
The house consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom for a total of 4 beds, a kitchen with adjoining dining room, a spacious bathroom with shower and garden, private and cozy, where you can eat and relax.
You will have free wi fi, TV, a full kitchen equipment and towels, along with all the necessary linen.
Available on request Package 'baby love', which will allow you to travel with your children calmly and lightly because you will find it all here at your arrival.
Via Cota 7 also offers its guests a shuttle service to and from the airport, the city terminal and the station, included in the price.
A 'free parking area, not restricted, in addition to the parking area, will allow you to leave your vehicle and explore the city on foot, by bike or using public transport that serve perfectly.

Mooie stad en fijn appartement

Het appartement is netjes ingericht en lekker ruim. Prima bedden en een fijne douche. De keuken had wat ons betreft wel wat uitgebreider qua pannen e.d. mogen zijn, maar we hebben ons gered. Helaas was de beloofde parkeerplek niet altijd beschikbaar dus moesten we in een andere straat bij een meter gaan staan. De communicatie met de contactpersoon ging niet heel soepel in het begin. Zij communiceerde via de Homeaway pagina en had ons geen tel nummer gegeven. Dus hebben we bij aankomst, vrij laat in de avond, drie kwartier voor de deur staan wachten totdat zij de sleutel kwam brengen. Toen meteen tel nrs uitgewisseld en dat werkte een stuk beter. Zéker voor herhaling vatbaar :-)

The house is bigger than what you see in the pictures. It’s in an ideal location in the heart of Lecce. Close to all the sites but yet on a very quiet street. The perfect home away from home.

Un grand MERCI à Alice! L'appartement est très beau, totalement refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Nous sommes venus avec mon mari et notre petit garçon et Alice s'est occupée de tout, des transferts appartement-aéroports, des petits déjeuners, de l'équipement bébé au complet, etc... De plus l'appartement est très bien situé, pas loin du centre ville et avec tout les commerces à proximité. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour!

CLEAN,SPACIOUS PROPERTY, WITH CHARMING HOST.

We had an amazing time in LECCE, thanks in no small part to via cote 7, and ALICE.The old town is wonderful, and charming, but it was always nice to return to via cote, away from all those tourists !!.Only ten minute walk to old town, very quiet street, supermarket, restaurants, bars, all on your doorstep.Try walking past PASTICCERIA FRANCHINI, without being tempted !!.Apartment is modern inside, good sized bathroom with large shower area, and lots of hot water,plenty of kitchen utensils, very comfortable bed. Mosquitoes screens on all doors and windows and quaint and private courtyard.Alice is a wonderful host, from answering all our questions promptly and honestly, and offering return transfers to airport.THANK YOU ALICE.

Casa molto carina situata nel centro di Lecce, punto strategico per raggiungere il centro ma anche tranquillo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità dell’host, gentile e presente. Unico difetto era la troppa umidità, ma d‘altronde é una caratteristica della zona. Consigliatissima!!!

Clean place with a wonderful host

I had a lovely time in Lecce. The apartment is very close from the city centre. It is clean and spacious with a beautiful terrace. The complimentary breakfast and airport transportation are really nice added perks to the stay. Alice is a wonderful host and very responsive. I highly recommend this place for anyone who comes to Lecce. Thanks again Alice for such a nice and welcoming stay!

Casa storica leccese vicino al centro

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questa casa storica vicino al centro di Lecce. La casa è datata ma ristrutturata, l'arredo semplice ed essenziale ma completamente nuovo. La camera è spaziosa come pure il soggiorno, la cucina è fornita di tutto quello che può servire. Uniche pecche il giardino poco curato e un po' di umidità dovuta all'età della casa. La camera è comunque dotata di condizionatore. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia della casa all'arrivo, gli spazi ampi, la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria Sig.ra Alice, molto gentile nel fornire indicazioni e presente in caso di necessità. Comoda e buona la colazione offerta in un bar della zona. Comodo anche il parcheggio antistante la casa, che si trova quasi sempre libero. Bel vantaggio dato che la città di Lecce offre solo parcheggi a pagamento in tutta l'area ciscostante. Buona soluzione per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo dopo le visite alla città o alle spiagge del Salento.
