gli appartamenti sono bellissimi , il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e ci faceva trovare la colazione gentilissimo e la colazione era varia e molto buona. Mancava nell'appartamento il frigorifero, e forse era ora di accendere un po il riscaldamento. Essendo l appartamento di grande dimensione era freddo all interno. Inoltre c'era qualche asciugamano bucato. Non vi perdete sulle piccole cose. il posto è meraviglioso -

Very nice, spacious and tastefully finished apartments with tall vaulted ceilings. Beds were comfy (if a little firm) and bathroom and shower high quality. Nice breakfast and friendly and attentive staff. Our few complaints are: we arrived in February and the rooms (built with solid stone walls) were freezing; the staff/management should have known it was mid-winter and pre-warmed up the rooms. After 3 days the air-con had heated up the apartment enough. When we arrived there was major building work going on next door; this should have been pointed out to us prior to booking/arriving. A room on the other side of the building would have been a sensible offer. The lighting is simply poorly chosen! For such huge rooms there are only three weak lights so it's not easy to see or read! It needs some spotlights, up-lighters and reading-lights. A kettle would have been useful.

Wunderschönes Hotel, die Lage sehr Stadt nah, das Appartement sehr, sehr großzügig. Wir reisten mit 2 Kindern, wir hatten wirklich viel Platz. Der Stil der Zimmer original mit viel Charme. Das Frühstück nur zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr, aber vielfältig. Super Cappuchino!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Lecce

Wir haben uns in unserem großzügigen Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat gepasst: liebevoll restaurierter Palazzo, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Produkten, genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, komfortables Bett und alles sehr sauber. Wir würden dieses B&B jederzeit wieder buchen!

Mooie accommodatie goed gelegen !

Na Toscane,de meren, Abruzzo vertrokken met toch enige verwachting. Wat een contrast met het noorden. Mooie kustlijn enkele leuke plaatsjes, zeer vriendelijke bevolking maar dringend toe aan alles, een grote schoonmaak,herstel van wegen maar vooral respect voor hun mooie natuur is daar zeker nodig. Zwerfvuil alom. Lecce goeie uitvalsbasis om het meest zuidelijke deel te ontdekken. Het appartement was zoals op de foto.s enkel ontbrak de tafel en stoelen !? Bij aankomst was het in het appartement zeer koud, jammer dat hier niet aangedacht werd. Zeer dicht bij het centrum gelegen !

Beautiful room in a beautiful old building

Lovely room for 4 people on 1st floor in a beautiful old building. The suite is a cross between a serviced appartment and a hotel, so there is not always a member of staff present. I'd recommend you phone ahead of your time of arrival so as not to be left stranded at the door as we were - we finally got through to someone and they came around immediately though on a scooter. The room we had was lovely, high vaulted ceilings and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good. At the time I thought it was rather basic, but in fact it was probably the best we had in a hotel in Puglia. The cakes all look homemade or artisanal and this was the only place on our 2 week travels we were offered freshly cooked eggs for breakfast and they freshly squeeze orange juice for you. Breakfast does tend to be good but basic in Puglia we found, but this surpassed my expectations to be honest from a suite/appartment. Distance from town centre: 10mins

Jättefint hotell, stora fina sviter. Vi bodde i tre olika sviter under vår semester och alla var jättefina! Hjälpsam personal, fint och rent. Ok frukost. Ca Max 10 min att promenera till gamla stan/stadskärnan.

Great place to stay

Lovely place to stay very close to the city. Sudan, although he spoke little English, was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay so enjoyable. Recommend hiring a car to see surrounding areas as the buses were very infrequent when we were there.

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Dieses ist zu Fuß in 10 min. zu erreichen. Des Hotels hat einen netten Innenhof, welcher sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen nicht so stark aufheizt.

Characterful and spacious accommodation

We stayed here for a week over Easter, changing room part way through. This is a very nice and characterful B&B on a back street but near city centre. Breakfast is great. Beds are adequate. The first suite was very good value. There were some issues with noise in the bedroom overlooking the street although not a main road, the amount of noise was surprising. We moved into beds in second room within suite which was better. Tile floors and old wooden doors in rooms around courtyard can lead to other noise. Second room we stayed in, an executive suite was in the back and much quieter, also very spacious with nice old decor and the terrace was great. We didn't use the kitchen as there are inexpensive restaurants nearby. Service was OK, everything being taken care of by one young man who does not speak English very well and has to do everything, including preparing breakfast, running reception, cleaning rooms etc. He does his best but if you need something out of hours the limited reception hours are not very convenient and we panicked on checkin as there was no answer straightaway when we rang door bell and our mobiles were not working to call the number indicated. Nevertheless we had a nice stay.
