The place is super nice, the rooms are very big and have everything you need in your stay. The location is super well located as it in the middle of the old and the new part of the city, you can go walking in both sides. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable, the breakfast is perfect to start your morning and you have many extras in your room for whatever you need. Alessandro is super nice and friendly, he explained everything to us and was very helpful during our stay. The pool is the right temperature and the space is just perfect for spending a nice relax day. The best place to stay in Lecce, completely recommend!

This felt like a luxury hotel, even though it is technically an Airbnb. The owner was amazing and made our trip in Lecce so pleasant and memorable. Really big rooms (better than the photos) and comfortable beds/bedding. The location can’t be more perfect to explore the historical portion of Lecce by foot and to walk to all the wonderful restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast included - cappuccinos made so well onsite. Alessandro (owner) thought of everything to ensure we had a wonderful time. Can’t speak more highly of this property - book it, you won’t regret it!!

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Beautiful room with gorgeous bathroom and so much attention to detail in the facilities. Swimming in the subterranean pool, surrounded by music after a morning exploring the baroque wonders of Lecce was unforgettable. Our host was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about the food culture of the region even down to the history of some of the ingredients in the wonderful breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bed-and-breakfast in Lecce. The property is stunning, with tasteful decor that perfectly complements the historic charm of the city. Good breakfast In-house swimming pool is incredible, and for a feenyoi can have it only for you, with aperitivo served! Owner recommended excelent restaurants, and was available late at night to solve a small issue with bright blinking light from the alarm system

A beautiful, stylish, comfortable palazzo hotel in an excellent location, close to the centre and a short walk from the train. The breakfast was sensational and the pool and spa are glorious.
