Discover Eden Cala Rossa, a charming apartment in Lecci, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Enjoy a large terrace with unobstructed views, in a residence with a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and concierge service. Fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a fitted kitchen. Just 800m from the beautiful Cala Rossa beach and close to Porto-Vecchio, it is the perfect place for your getaway in Corsica.

The apartment consists of:
- 1 living room opening onto the terrace, with a large table for 8 for meals, a lounge area with a sofa bed, poufs, and a coffee table, and a 16/9 TV,
- A well-equipped open kitchen (ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster),
2 bedrooms with double beds opening onto the terrace,
- A 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (for children, under 80 kg),
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet,
- 20 m2 terrace with umbrellas, 1 table for meals, 4 sun loungers, and a coffee/apéritif area, as well as an electric barbecue.
The apartment accommodates 6 people, with the possibility of 2 additional sleeping arrangements in a sofa bed in the living room, totaling 8 people. Card and board games are provided for children, as well as documentation for activities in the area.
It also has two designated parking spaces, and the residence is secure.

Location Cala Rossa

Appartement très bien situé ! Idéal avec grande piscine et proche des commerces et des plus belles plages. Dommage que la laverie et les bornes électriques n’étaient pas encore disponibles. La conciergerie peut être plus disponible mais dans l’ensemble c’était bien.
