「Fantastisk modtagelse og meget venlighed og meget imødekommende i receptionen, både ved ind- og udtjekning.
Mindre hørlig betjening i baren, hvor det virkede som om, personalet havde alt for travlt med et selskab, tal at de kunne/ville betjene de "almindelige" gæster.
Fantastisk område og dejlig natur.」

「Amazing hotel in a perfect location for both beginners and experienced skiers.
The gondola is right outside.
Genuine ski in and ski out and the pool was a great bonus.
Staff amazing and the resort was great too. 」

「amazing that i could get my ski pass from the friendly reception and rent skis from the hotel itself and store skis in the lockers by the hotel bar. staff were amazing. it is a short walk to the ski lifts. beds were comfortable but soft and the only thing missing was an espresso machine and kettle in the room. Staff were amazing.」

「Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in! 」
