Cottage type T2 Lédenon with a surface of 48m ² with a private terrace of 18m ².
The apartment on the ground floor is air-conditioned and consists of the following:
- A large room forming living / dining room overlooking a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo, Kettle)
The sofa is convertible and offers a real bed 140
- A bedroom with double bed 160 cm and fitted cupboard
- A shower room / wc
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher
The accommodation includes all the equipment expected (vacuum cleaner, cleaning set, hairdryer, dishes, kitchen utensils, hangers, etc ...).
The outdoor areas can park 2 vehicles and 1 traditional barbecue is available.
The accommodation is located near the Pont du Gard. It is ideally located 20 minutes from Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 30 minutes from Avignon and Arles.

Très central pour visiter pour nous le seul bémol C est que le terrain n' est pas clôturé pour nos 2 petits chiens elles ont passé une semaine en laisse dommage!

Quiet apartment in small town
This is a very comfortable, clean apartment with a good outdoor space. A nice kitchen with a large fridge and a dish washer, and AC. But there is no WIFI and the dryer listed in the description is a clothes line (with no clothes pins). And all posted instructions were in French. We are both 75 years old and this apartment was perfect for us. We stayed six nights. Charles Robinson, Lodi, California

Appartement neuf, très propre ,bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce.Manquait seulement quelques pinces à linge pour pouvoir étendre le linge.
