"The peaceful lakeside proximity is wonderful; being able to step down straight into the lake was a real luxury, as too was enjoying breakfast on the lake edge terrace. Staff were very polite and friendly, and provided great service. Room was spacious, comfortable and had ample storage. The lake view was incredible and a joy to wake up to also. The only real issue experienced was the unreliability and poor signal of the WiFi. We also would have appreciated some sort of welcome pack with local advice and recommendations. Overall the trip was immensely enjoyable and relaxing, and this hotel is certainly recommended to travellers. "

"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

"Great stay staff were friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast. Evening meal on the whole was good had one that was a miss. Well maintained and very clean hotel. Great location. Make sure you get the free tourist pass from reception. Wod come back again. Goid value hotel."
