「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in. 「Biscuits were hard as a rock . Snacks are way to expensive when u have a convenient store right around the corner. Room was very clean and nice maintenance work and paint touch ups are needed especially for a 150 night stay. Room only had one tiny tv usually in a suite we get two tvs. Or at least a very large tv....
