「Lovely cottage, with all amenities, just a few metres from the quay in Appledore. Appledore is a very lively harbour, with something to please all ages. 」

「Such a cute, clean and well equipped accommodation. Decorated very tastefully. Four adults had plenty of room and privacy. Outdoor WC was handy too! Location is great. Walkable distance to shops and pubs. Quick ferry ride across to Instow for a sandy beach day. Highly recommend for a nice getaway 」

「We had a wonderful, conformable and enjoyable stay at the Jasmine Cottage. Checking in was easy, Caroline, the host guided us ovee the phone. Cottage has beautiful views of the valley from bedrooms, patio, living and dining rooms. Its 2 minutes drive from the local CoOp supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach and local shops. Combe Martin beaches are lovely as,well as Woolacombe beach and the charming town of Lynton that's 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back and explore the area...

「It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts. 」

「Comfortable cottage in picturesque village with handy pub and village shop a few steps away.Cottage is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and sofas, and thoughtful touches such as tissues, ornaments etc.Very practical place to stay for visiting all areas of Devon without the price of a seaside property. 」

「A beautiful property in an idealic village. All the essential appliances, good quality furniture and very well maintained. The Bell public house offers good food and a great atmosphere and only a short walk across the square. We would highly recommend a stay. 」

「A really lovely property very comfortable and spacious had everything you needed for a lovely relaxing break good position to get about Graham and Andy were exceptional host loved the scone cream &strawberries and we had some lovely strawberries from there garden our 2 doggy's loved the space to run around so they enjoyed there holiday too would definitely come back and stay in this wonderful cottage we were very lucky had fab weather 」

「Was a lovely snug cottage. Great for local walks to Ilfracombe. We have a very well behaved dog and pubs where dog friendly and some of the cafes too . We really enjoyed the environment .Would definitely love to stay again will not forget bath towels ! Was lovely to get away the garage with electric door was great 」

「We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

「Perfect property to enjoy the views from lots of different rooms, with easy walk into the high street aswell for a dip in the sea and fab walks. The property has lovely bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, warm shower and even a loo with a view. Fab stay for the family. 」

「We had the most wonderful, memorable stay. The location was great and we enjoyed many lovely local walks and activities. The cottage and farm were a total dream for the kids (and grown up) the trampoline was great fun, plus the swimming pool which was always just us 4 (and had lots of play things!) The kids loved feeding the chickens and quails and seeing the peacocks. The games room was well kitted out and great fun so plenty to do back at base on a wet day! Also netflix available and spacious...
