"Clean room, great location with private beach. "

"The remodaled rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable. The poolside/beachside bar, Cabanas, is awesome, Great bartenders. Having lunch on the beach was great. We didn't try the restaurant. We got a breakfast sandwich at the food truck one morning that was very good. The property provides you with two chairs and an umbrella at the beach for their guests which is great. Pool and beach towels provided. There are great restaurants nearby. We wish the pool was bigger so you could spread out away from the kids. We had no problem parking everyday. The only thing that was negative is they told us when we checked in they would refresh our room on a certain day and we noticed early afternoon on the day it was scheduled for that it had not been done. So we asked at the front desk to make sure it was to happen. They told us the staff was on till 4pm. At 3;30pm still no one. We contacted the front desk again and they sent someone up with towels and changed the garbage. I guess we expected the bed at least to be changed too. It wasn't clear what refreshed meant and we should have asked when we checked in. Not a big deal. We were there for 5 days 4 nights. The beach is huge. Everyone on staff was awesome. "

"They place was way under staffed. It took 45 minutes to get a sandwich, the bars was very depleted to the point the bas tender had to leave for roughly 10 minutes to go get alcohol to make guest drinks. I was drinking water so was not a problem for me. The checking in was a 4:00 and was told most likely would get in around 3:00 but would receive a text when the room was ready. 4:00 came around and did not receive a text. There were a lot of frustrated people in the same situation trying to get into t here rooms. Again, under staffed and poor management. "
