「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「We had a fantastic stay! There were 4 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out and really relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was super comfortable. Very easy property to navigate- parking, trash, in and out (electric digital lock), etc. I would highly recommend this property.」
