We stayed during your renovation period which reduced the use of facilities but in no way reduced our enjoyment of this lovely hotel. Our room and bathroom were superb, it's right in the city but not in a noisy area, the renovations look like it will be an amazing place to stay and it's brilliant that this beautiful building will remain as a hotel.

Lovely hotel, beautiful room. Our only complaint was the £20 parking fee, especially as we were only there for 1 night. Thankfully the manager agreed to reduce it to £10 as this charge was not mentioned on Expedia.

The refurbished rooms are lovely. Very central for Leeds city centre and train station. Shame they empty the bottle bins at 5.00 in the morning.

The room was lovely and the bathroom as very clean. The toiletries were really nice and luxurious. I visited on a very hot day, and it was difficult to sleep without air conditioning.

The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful hotel We always stay here, we absolutely love it 5 stars for the staff. So professional and made us so welcomed hotel is being renovated, but that just made it more fun, the workmen were hilarious . Was still very quiet and comfortable

It’s a lovely period building which is listed and getting renovated we stayed in a newly refurbished standard double room which was lovely and catered for everything we wanted other than that there was no air conditioning fitted as yet and was a very warm room although a fan was in the room the windows did not open and a hook closer to shower would be good thete was nowhere to hang damp towels either but a very pleasant stay we didn’t have any meals in the hotel so can’t comment but renovations are in full swing so be prepared for a little disruption 😉

Very nice building. Newly rennovated rooms are beautiful. Food is enjoyable and decently priced. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Recommended Hotel!

An excellent facility. There was no air conditioning due to ongoing upgrades. Only surprise was paying $20 for car park yet Expedia had shown it was included in charge.

Das Hotel wird derzeit umgebaut. Erhebliche Lärmbelästigung im gesamten Hotel durch Presslufthämmer und Bohrmaschinen. Klimaanlagen im gesamten 5. Stock außer Funktion bei 27 Grad heißem Sommerwetter. WLAN praktisch unbrauchbar. Serviceeinrichtungen sind Baustellen. Auf die Baumaßnahmen hat weder Expedia noch das Hotel bei Buchung oder späterer Kommunikation hingewiesen. Nicht empfehlenswert bis Abschluss der Bauarbeiten

Top Hotel be even better when refurbishment works are complete, but works didnt put me off. Lovely place and on site parking with discount for residents. Would stay again :)

Unique architecture. Ppty undergoing renovations and staff extra helpful to try and compensate. Stayed in rooms both old and new and both very spacious. Would stay again.

The room was dilapidated. Part of the carpet near the window looked melted. Paint flaking off. Generally quite grubby. I decided not to get a shower after seeing the state of the bottom of the bath. Didnt complain as i was only in one night so they possibly would have rectified some issues.
