Sehr sauber, aber dieser Geruch!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, aber dieser extrem starke, modrige Geruch war schlimm.Bei der Ankunft war es sehr kalt, die Bettdecken wärmsten in den kalten Nächten nicht genug und wir mussten nach mehr Toilettenpapier und Handtüchern fragen. Alles recht lieblos.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es maximal 50 km. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet mit einem super Bad. Alles ist zu einer Ebene.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung, deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wegen den sehr netten Vermietern. Wenn es sich in Zukunft ergeben sollte, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Toll renovierte, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem drum und dran

Anfang 2018 frisch renovierte FeWo nun mit allem drum und dran ausgestattet in Wohngegend von Leer-Loga. Lage: - Nur wenige 100m zur B436, von dort per Bus / Auto direkt in die Innenstadt von Leer (Oldenburger / Bremer Str.). - Zu Fuß Abkürzung über kleinen Weg zwischen den Gebäude "Hohe Loga 12 und 14" und somit in 2min beim leckeren Restaurant "Bei Ante". Danach direkt an der Hauptstraße von Loga mit diversen Gewerben. - Diverse Parks in fußläufiger Entfernung (Philippsbuger Park, Schloss Evenburg). Ausstattung - Wohnküche mit großem Kühlschrank (Eisfach für ca. 3 Pizzen), Ceran Kochfeld, Spüle, SpüMa, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine, Teeauswahl samt Klümpjes, Geschirr und Besteck für einige Personen (so dass man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss), 2 Pfannen, 3 Töpfe. In der Wohnküche auch Sofa, Tisch, Stühle und TV. WLAN samt Passwort liegt direkt bereit. - Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett (2 einzelne Matratzen) und großem Schrank (Platz für das Gepäck mehrerer Wochen), mit Handtüchern / Bettwäsche - Bad mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche, 2 Waschbecken samt großem Spiegel, Dusch-WC (Geberit), WaMa - Eingang durch die Wohnküche. Kleiner Flur verbindet Wohnküche, SchlaZi und Bad. In diesem Flur auch Wandschrank mit diversen Putzutensilien. - Ebenerdiger Zugang über Rampe vor dem Haus und im Haus auch keine Absätze. - Kleine Terasse vor der Haustür. Ideal um die Sonne zu genießen. Vor der kleinen Terasse ist der private Stellplatz für PKW. Gegenüber an der Straße weitere öffentliche PKW Stellplätze. Realität wie auf den Bildern vom Vermieter abgebildet (keine geschönten Bilder). Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus, daher einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
