The beautiful settlement of Nikiana is only five minutes (5 ’) far, whereas the cosmopolitan Nidri is fifteen minutes (15’) away from the villa.
You can find a supermarket and a gas station in less than 1km distance.
The nearest airport AKTION (PVΚ) is 21 kilometers (35 minutes).
A villa of 140 m2 with three (3) bedrooms that can accommodate six persons in total, a large living room, an independent, fully equipped kitchen, two baths one of which contains a bathtub (size 180x110x58) with hydro massage.
