We stayed at Raymond's house in Leicester because my son was getting married in Spencer. The house was clean and comfortable. The appliances were new and there was plenty of cookware. It was located centrally to both venues for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood with a view of the lake. Should I need to be in the area for an event, I would definitely rent this property again.

Truly A Home Away From Home

Perfect location for a holiday stay. Plenty of room with 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Open floor plan with a great kitchen that had everything we needed during our stay. Since I had to work remotely I made great use of the home office with stable internet. The finished basement (location of 5th bedroom) with bath and kitchenette, would make sharing by two families a breeze. Appreciate parking in the garage, but there is also parking on the driveway, and street if needed. Hope to stay here again.

This house was lovely. Very Clean, big enough for our entire family and that everyone had their own space, beds were very comfy, and it was on a quiet street. This house is perfect for family gatherings. Will hope to be back in the future!

Family gathering place for Fern Hill Barn wedding!

This is a modern and lovely home. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the dressers to completely unpack. Thoughtful additions include large mirrors, irons and ironing boards. There are two kitchens and two sets of washer dryers. We enjoyed our stay here.
