Three bedroom accommodation 0.6 miles from the town centre. Also close by is Pennington flash, Leigh sports village with world class facilities and a swimming pool.There is a huge vareity of shops and a large retail outlet - Parsonage Park. There's something to suit every pocket in terms of eating out, with a range of take-away and dining in restaurants and cafes. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a patio.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is featured. Although breakfast is not available, but cereals, tea and coffee are available in the kitchen at all time.

This service apartment offer modernised, comfortable three bedroom semi-detached house with amenities such as WiFi and free parking. Also included are toiletries and tea/coffee, all free of charge. For long-term guests, a weekly clean is included within the price. We have a small team of cleaners, maintenance personnel, and hosts who within reach during your stay and aim to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Could not be happier!

Everything was great about the stay, communication was excellent! I also have to give credit where it's due- I forgot a piece of jewelry that was very precious to me, and the property owner was quick to reassure me that if was found and it has been safely returned! That's going above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate it.

Visiting UK first time

This was my first visit to the UK, and I was very nervous about all the things different from home. The property owner was FANTASTIC about answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. The whole process was smooth and painless! The accommodations were so nice, I even extended my stay! (Also incredibly easy to do with excellent communication!)

This house needs updated pictures. We are international travelers and our two main requirements were safety and a clothes washer.Pros of this houseThe host is responsive and niceIt is quiet and the neighborhood is quietWe felt safeAmple parkingShower was hot and had good water pressureWalking distance to a cute corner shop, bigger shops, and a good little Chinese restaurant/chippyFenced off backyardSPACIOUS! I would say you can comfortably have 6 people stay there without issue.There are 2 bathrooms and a newish cooktop/oven. When you open windows, the house gets an amazing cross breeze for some fresh airWifi and TV worked without issueWe ordered delivery without issueBathroom, kitchen, and floors were cleanCons of this houseNearly everything is a little bit brokenIt was surface clean, bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were clean but there was long standing grime, like when we pulled down the kitchen window shade, it made a sticky sound, grime piled up in the corners, and the upstairs bathroom is moldyThe upstairs toilet didn't flush without some workBoth toilet seats in both bathrooms were brokenThe down stairs shower was brokenThe washer was broken and there wasn't a drying rack. (There is a really nice laundromat in Bolton, run by an exceptionally nice man.)There are 2 big piles of trash, one in the front and one in the backThe beds need some padding, you can feel the springsThe threshold from the bedroom to hall is broken, my partner tripped over it

Pride weekend stay

Lovely property a little bit further out of the city of Manchester about 35 minutes in a taxi and fares approximately £35. But still more economical than a hotel in the city. Just one thing about the house there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke which was not pleasant.
