The building has been renovated and is located on Otto-Schmiedt-Strasse on the ground floor. The compact and well-designed apartment is 50 square meters and offers a kitchen, bathroom, a small hallway, a comfortable living room with a comfortable pull-out couch and a bedroom with a bed. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, hob, fridge and a small sitting area. The apartment is for your sole use.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located in a residential building, so we expect normal consideration for our neighbors.

A cleaning fee will be charged and is included in the final price.

Zunächst fanden wir Mehlmotten im Küchenschrank weil ein Vormieter offene Lebensmittelpackungen stehen liess. Scheinbar fand keine Endreinigung statt. Bad und Toilette sind sehr eng kaum benutzbar für kräftige Personen. Sonst okay.
