「A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...

「My husband and I stayed at The Ardilaun for six nights and it was the one of the best experiences we've had when travelling. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The staff were very warm and hospitable. The Bistro Bar was my husband's favourite as he watched the World Cup games there while having a pint of Guinness. All in all, 10/10 for The Ardilaun for us! We would love to go back.」

「the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. The wifi didn't work and there is no front desk so you have to text on whatsapp, but staff never responded despite many attempts. def do not stay here unless youre looking for a hostel vibe」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Woodquay Townhouse in Galway. It was very clean, updated and cozy. The staffless checkin went very smoothly. We were given clear concise directions prior to arrival on how to get into the property and then once inside we were able to follow the touchscreen directions on how to get our key. It was an extremely easy process. The hotel was located in a great spot and a public parking lot ($10 per day) was very close. My only concern with this hotel is that once...
