“What I liked about this hotel was the newness, decor, the young staff who are friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the creaky wardrobe doors,the thin toilet paper, the toilet seat were too low. Other wise the food, ambience, and staff were excellent. Great to see a new hotel that is clean and fresh and smalls good with great food too.”

“DMatel Hotel was booked for the night of Dec 27th, 2024 via Expedia but the property owner/manager claimed not have received any such payment, offered no refund and didn’t have available rooms as advertised online.”

“It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Everything about this hotel is horrible and is unsafe. No water and unstable light service. I had to leave the next day. Horrible experience I can’t even describe it. ”
