“The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this condo on the river. Close to everything downtown. The Battleship USS North Carolina anchors right across the river with a view from the balcony. The washer and dryer make cleaning clothes easy. Everything you need is in the comfort of this condo. A separate bedroom is great because I get up early and my wife gets up later. No arguments here. “Prime location with the ocean literally at the bottom of your steps! The porch was a beautiful gathering place for our Women’s Prayer Group! Clean and spacious for our group to gather for our sessions yet provided some areas for private reflection and reading. I loved the air flow through the house from the ocean as we opened windows. Genevieve and Duane were wonderful hosts and so accommodating. Beds were comfortable. ”

“We happened to arrive just as the nor’easter was blowing through. Turns out it was the perfect low key fall break watching the drama of the waves crash on the rocks. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
