Es handelt sich bei der Marissa-Anlage um einen recht großen Wohnpark moderner Art - direkt am Dümmer gelegen. Tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kleinen. Auch ein gutes italienisches Restaurant mit schöner Außenterrasse (Blick aufs Wasser) befindet sich in nächster Nähe. Leider gab es für eine große Zahl von Gästen, die sich am 30.12. für die Feiertage einmieten wollten, erschreckend wenig Personal. Der Check-In dauerte ca. 1,5 Std. - teilweise begleitet von und im Nieselregen. Nicht schön. Zudem gab es in der Silvesternacht ein lautstarkes Problem mit angetrunkenen Gruppen von Jugendlichen - auch nicht schön. Fazit: Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte an besonderen Wochenenden eine andere Lösung finden. Wem das egal ist, kann in einer modernen Anlage und an einem romantischen _See schöne Stunden verleben.
