Sehr schöne Umgebung.

Sehr schöne Umgebung. Schwimmbad war etwas kalt. Haus war nahegelegen am Wasser. Ein paar Schönheitsmakel hatte es. Fehlen tut auf jedenfall ein Vordach. Es regnete sehr und beim Einladen lief das Wasser direkt ins Haus.

Wir hatten Haus 123 für 6 Personen für eine Woche gemietet.Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen.Ab 16 Uhr durften wir das Haus beziehen.Der erste Eindruck war gut. Schönes Haus, angenehme Größe, 2 Bäder, jeweils mit Toilette und Dusche bzw Badewanne. Tolle Küche, großer Wohn- Essbereich, kleine Sauna. 2 Terrassen..Das Haus selbst war in einem guten Zustand, mit einigen kleineren Mängeln z.b. an den Wänden.Die Terrassen hatten eine schöne Größe, allerdings wucherte hier das Unkraut, so dass diese kaum nutzbar waren. Nach Hinweis bei der Rezeption wurde das umgehend behoben!Die Sauberkeit im Haus war auf den ersten Blick okay, beim genaueren Hinsehen zeigten sich aber doch überall Spinnweben, Staub, Fingerabdrücke an den Türen. Die Terrassen und Fenster waren sehr schmutzig! Die Bäder dafür sehr sauber! Großes Manko: im oberen Schlafbereich fehlte das Insektenschutzgitter, was bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen und vielen Mücken echt blöd war!Zusammenfassend ein sehr schönes Haus in super Lage mit kleineren Mängeln, v.a. in puncto Sauberkeit!Dennoch hat uns die Woche im Marissa Ferien-Resort super gut gefallen!Viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder, schöner Strand, 2 gute Restaurants, einen leckeren Pizza Take-away, nettes kleines Schwimmbad u.v.m.
