The Ac units were sketch moved rooms multiple times. old lcd t.v that didnt work after multiple times the matinace crew kept coming up to fix. they have a bar with an arrogant owner operator makes awful drinks extremely expensive just a bad experience for the price! Staff extremely rude and for anything that was brought to attention said its not a management complaint id have to bring it up with Expedia.... even tho i was a hotels.com guest. Def treated worse for not booking with them directly. They tried booking me into rooms that were already occupied switched rooms 4 times. as stated in pictures. wasted my night with this issues after long drive."

"The room was great. Only problem we had was that the water pressure in the room was terrible. The shower barely trickled. It took a long time to even get clean."

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean but this was the smokiest casino. We were in a non-smoking room but the smoke smell from walking through the casino sticks to you and we smelled it all weekend. "
