Best vacation rental we ever had I think. Don't expect luxury, it's rustic but the location and size is fantastic. I wouldn't want to visit with toddlers though, too many steps. Be aware, although there were a nice selection of cooking items there was pretty much nothing else (like soap, toilet paper, detergent, clean sponge, trash bags etc.We had an absolute blast in Lerici with our teens :)

Ungepflegt,versifft und zum erreichen ist Sportlichkeit erforderlich

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen dort. Gottseidank war das Wetter traumhaft, so dass wir uns viel auf der Terrasse aufhalten konnten, der einzige Ort, der „zum Genießen“ geeignet war.Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass der Weg zum Appartement sehr beschwerlich ist, es ist derselbe wie hoch zur Burg in Lerici. Parken kann man dort nirgendwo, also muss man das Gepäck mindestens 1km bergauf schleppen, man steht dabei aber immer noch im absoluten Halteverbot…Eine Ankunftsaktion, von der man vorher wissen sollte.Wir hatten dann die ersten fast 2 Tage zuerst nur kaltes, dann gar kein Wasser mehr, bis der Klemptner kam und das Problem beseitigte, natürlich mit dem üblichen Dreck, den ein Handwerker halt hinterlässt.Der Vermieter war wenigstens dahingehend einsichtig und hat uns die Parkgebühr für die einzige Parkmöglichkeit von 75 erlassen.Die gesamte Wohnung ist von hinten bis vorne renovierungsbedürftig und verdreckt, der Putz pröckerlt von der Wand und, und und…EinEhepaar hat den Urlaub sogar abgebrochen, weil man sich in der unteren Etage Flohbisse holt!!! Viel Spaß also dem nächsten Mieter!! Wir NIE mehr wieder!!!vorher wissen sollte.

Family trip

Two families of 8 had a very good time here. Perfect location, Close to the harbour and beaches. Very cosy atmosphere in the house and a lot of character to it.

Hidden Gem

Lerici is a beautiful little seaside town which is no where near as crowded as the Cinque Terra. The property is beautiful and has lovely views. If you are an older person, the climb to get there is a bit difficult, especially with luggage. You cannot drive to the entrance. But if that is not a concern for you I would highly recommend it.

Ferien in Lerici

Wohnung war total modrig und schimmlig. Betten waren klamm/feucht. Der modrige Geruch war auch in den Handtüchern und Betten. Eine Nacht hat es geregnet, da ist Wasser durch die Decke getropft. Umgebung sensationell

Casa magnifica ma vacanze faticose con bambini

La casa è sicuramente in una posizione molto bella, tra castello e porto, in una vietta piccola e ombreggiata, a cui si accede con varie scale. Mangiare sulla terrazza con vista mare è stato magnifico. La spiaggetta dietro al castello è davvero a due passi, mentre la spiaggia più grande è a un buon quarto d'ora a piedi, in un gradevole lungomare. La casa ha l'aria condizionata nei 2 piani superiori che è davvero utile nelle giornate più calde. Problema principale: l'accesso alla casa è davvero difficile. Con la macchina il punto più vicino è piazza Garibaldi, che è nella ZTL ed in cui se ci sono i vigili non è nemmeno possibile fermarsi per scaricare... e da lì sono 5 minuti di strada in salita, con qualche scala larga e qualche scalino. Con passeggini e bagagli è una bella sudata ogni volta. Il parcheggio fornito invece dista 10 minuti abbondanti, il che rende il primo e l'ultimo giorno del soggiorno piutttosto infernali se si hanno molti bagagli. Consigliamo quindi agli ospiti di minimizzare i bagagli e possibilimente evitare passeggini e simili. Chiaramente lo stesso problema si pone per la spesa, ma su quello ci si può regolare giorno per giorno. Altre problematiche minori: la casa ha 4 piani, i 2 più alti sono particolarmente curati, mentre gli altri 2 in basso necessiterebbero un rinnovo (bagno inutilizzabile per difficile scarico e allagamenti). Anche la tenda del terrazzo dovrebbe essere cambiata. Comunicazione con il proprietario veloce ma non soddisfacente.

Comfortable, enjoyable, breakfast on balcony, views from multiple rooms, close proximity to piazza, the castle, ferry, beaches. Enjoyed.

Lerici

Marco was very accommodating. We had a last minute change of plans and arrived by car. He helped secure parking for us. We had some communications issues because we were traveling for 2 weeks prior to our arrival, and he was very patient with the issues we faced. My only concern is that the property is us a very steep alley, which wasn’t stated in the listing. Not a property for someone with mobility issues. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Perfect location!!

We loved this place! It was heaven, we did not lacked anything in the apartment. We spend all the time on the terass with a great wiew! The only thing was the house need to renovation, its old and Thats ok but there was mogly in the lower rooms and everything was moisture..! It was really cold and no heating availibly. The owner is going to sell the property so unforternatly I cant come back, it was great!

Wunderschöne Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage. Kreative Raumaufteilung, ein Zimmer hat keine Tür. Wohnung auf mehreren Stockwerken, ruhig, sehr weiche Betten. Eher hoher Preis für die Ausstattung. Ein paar Sachen fehlen oder müssten mal ausgetauscht werden (v.a. Küchenutensilien).

Lerici e le sue bellezze

Una proprietà con una posizione privilegiata. La terrazza gode di un magnifico panorama sul porto!!! Casa spaziosa per 8/9 persone.Molto luminosa. Gli ambienti nel piano inferiore meritano di essere ristrutturati in alcuni punti , per valorizzare ulteriormente l’immobile. Il piano superiore rappresenta il valore aggiunto!

Entspannter Erholungsurlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Altstadt mit tollem Blick über den Hafen von der Dachterrasse kurzem Weg zum (kleinen) Strand. Die Räume sind sehr geschnackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, die Realität hat die Fotos des Objekts noch übertroffen.

Stupenda vacanza

Posizione della casa ottima per visitare il castello ed il centro e con una vista spettacolare. Alle spalle c'è una piccola caletta libera che si raggiunge in 5 min scarsi. L'accesso alla casa è solo tramite scale quindi da valutare se si hanno bambini piccoli o persone con difficoltà motorie (anche in casa ci sono più scale interne). E' ideale sopratutto per famiglie/coppie numerose vista l'ottima disposizione su più livelli delle camere. L'intimità è assicurata anche in 10 pax. Piacevole cenare in terrazza grazie anche alla vista. Supporto del proprietario e di Paolo davvero ottimo.

Super Lage mitten in Lerici!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Lerici echt gut getan, mal eine Woche einfach sein, gut essen und schwimmen im Meer ! Das Haus ist gross und perfekt für viele Personen!
