Comfortable One-Bedroom Apartment "Aurora" by the Sea: Beach - Cinque Terre - Hiking - Relaxation

Cozy one-bedroom apartment with private parking just 20 meters from the beach in San Terenzo. The perfect location for a beach vacation and for visiting the most famous sites in Liguria (Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Portofino, etc.) and Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, etc.). It is located on the 1st floor and consists of 1 bedroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower stall. It is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, air conditioner, electric kettle, etc. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a bus stop are just a few meters away.
The two-room apartment is 25 square meters and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room-kitchen equipped with a two-seater sofa bed, and a digital TV. The kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer, and all necessary utensils plus cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a shower stall. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are available for guests. Towels and bed linens are provided upon request.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. There is a flight of stairs to climb.
If you need a crib or high chair, please let us know in advance.
A private, uncovered parking space is available for our guests 190 meters from the building. NO RVs/VANs.
From June 15 to August 31, a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) is in effect in San Terenzo and Lerici. Before your arrival, we’ll need to know your license plate number so we can provide you with a pass.

The apartment can accommodate no more than 4 people, including children of any age.
A tourist tax of €4.00 per person per day applies for a maximum of 5 days, excluding children under 12 years of age.

The apartment is located in the center, where you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, pizza takeout, a drugstore, bars, restaurants, and various shops.
Here you’ll find many beautiful places to visit, small and picturesque Ligurian beaches where you can enjoy the sea, and restaurants serving excellent local cuisine.
As for walks, there is a beautiful seaside promenade between San Terenzo and Lerici, stretching from castle to castle. For hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous trails around San Terenzo, Lerici, toward Baia Blu, Fiascherino, Tellaro, the abandoned town of Barbazzano (near Tellaro), trails in Montemarcello, on Palmaria Island (Portovenere), and paths between Portovenere, Riomaggiore, and Campiglia, etc.
Ferries depart from Lerici (during the summer) for Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, and Portofino (in July/August).
To visit the Cinque Terre, you can take the train from La Spezia’s central station or drive there. The boats to the Cinque Terre that depart from Lerici operate from March through November.
Portovenere is a very picturesque village with the famous Church of San Pietro. You can reach it by car (22 km), by bus (departing from San Terenzo), or by ferry from Lerici.
Tellaro is a small and very picturesque village. You can get there by car or bus. Tellaro has a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and there are parking lots outside the zone. Buses to Tellaro depart from Lerici.
Sarzana is a small town with a beautiful historic center where you can find various shops, antique stores, historic pastry shops, and many restaurants serving local cuisine.

Shopping enthusiasts can visit the Le Terrazze shopping center (Via Fontevivo, 17 - La Spezia) and the Cinque Terre outlet in Brugnato. Incidentally, Brugnato is also a beautiful little village.
